Calle Cinco began as a small, human-sized jewelry boutique in Panama, a place where customers could stop by, talk with us, try on pieces, and experience the warmth of a business that genuinely cares.

Over time, we started welcoming a growing number of North American visitors, many of them arriving during cruise stopovers or short layovers in Panama. They would walk into our store out of curiosity… and end up leaving with several pieces.

What struck us most was their reaction:
they were always surprised, in a good way, by our prices.
Again and again, we heard the same comments:

“Your prices are amazing.”
“Jewelry like this would cost so much more back home.”
“You should really export to the United States.”

These words stayed with us. Every cruise season, more American travelers returned to see us, often telling us they planned their stop just to buy more jewelry because the value we offered was “unbeatable.”

After years of hearing this, and after a lot of reflection, we finally decided to take the step.
Today, we remain proudly based in Panama, but we also export to the United States, bringing our quality and fair prices to a much wider audience.

What sets us apart is that despite this growth, we are still a small, human business.
